The trommel was manufactured in England by Frederick Parker Ltd. The design and manufacture are to the highest standards of British engineering.
The gearbox and electric motor are the best quality Australian machinery.
The whole assembly is a magnificent machine. It is a complete unit. It has been rarely used, and was fully reconditioned, ready to use. It is very hard to find any fault with this machine or its infrastructure.
The machine is readily accessible by crane, easy to lift, but requires a crane capable of lifting 20 tonne. The barrel mass is about 15 tonne; the cradle mass is about 15 tonne; the infrastructure mass is about 6 tonne. Transport requires a gooseneck semi-trailer.
